All-on-4™ is the name given to an effective and efficient technique that usually involves 4 dental implants to ensure stable fixation of the upper or lower dentition. All-on-4™ provides a long-lasting, secure and permanent solution through a strong and secure anchorage, resulting in a more natural smile. As only four implants are required, treatment time is reduced. The All-on-4™ solution provides greater stability in the bone and helps avoid the need for certain additional surgeries, such as bone grafting. Once the implants are in place, your dentist can immediately place a temporary denture, avoiding the inconvenience of edentulism.

Similar to the All-on-4 technique, 6 pre-designed implants with specific orientation and size are placed on the jawbone with no teeth at all. If it is possible to place six implants without bone grafting, the All-on-6 technique can be used to give an even more stable hold to the prosthesis.
